This F ing car has me perplexed. It still is doing the whole no start till you take out the intercooler. I checked the MAF with the specs from the FSM, even swapped it out for a known good one. no change, still idles roughly and then dies after a few moments. There are no holes of any kind in any lines, caps etc. What is going on with this thing? Is the ecu not reading the input from the AFM ? this is starting to **** me off.

as far as the history of the car, I am the third owner and it was all stock when i got it. All I have done so far is remove all the emisions junk. and install a cold air intake that i fabricated myself. The car sat for about 5 years and didn't run when i bought it. AS far as the spark plugs i removed they were very heavily built up with carbon. I replaced both trailing and leading plugs before anything else lol. As a side note. When i put a battery in the car the anti theft box went up in smoke. no **** up in smoke. so i just removed the whole box. Not sure if there is any relevance but trying to help you help me ha ha.
