the way the power works on an fc, is that the main relay supplies power to 4-5 different wires, and then these are fused. theres a black with white wire that powers the emissions system, black with yellow powers the fuel and ignition.
if you have a short in one of those wires it will blow the fuse
if you have a short in one of those wires it will blow the fuse
