I just need to vent some frustration on the fact that everytime I go to work on my GTX when supposedly the shop owner says there is a free lift....THERE ISNT!!! How am I supposed to work on the rear end and axles more if I can't get the damn thing in the air? I mean...its been 6 months now w/out my RX7...I'm going NUTZ! The hard part is done, the motor is in, the tranny is in, all my wiring is in and works, everything that I had to do is done, but now the easiest part is keeping me back....very upsetting. I'm debating of whether to just pull the motor out again, and start rebuilding it in the meantime(ya know...the bridgeported turbo thing...I really want it)...since I obviously have some time now before I can get a lift free!!!

You don't need a lift to do the rear.

I don't really need the lift....however, I can't drive the car to a different spot and jack it up...not to mention...its easier w/ the lift and I'd rather take 2 hours on a lift then 8 on the floor, lol...its just the principle of the thing...I'll call and ask if theres a lift open...I get there...and "something came up, this car has got to get done this afternoon"...it seems that since I'm doing the work myself mostly, its not as important! But hell, I'm still a paying customer right?
