umm, remove the battery and tray to give yourself more room to work, take a lot of care not to strip any of them... i destroyed one below the ac compressor and it was sooo infuriating. other than that, follow the haynes or factory service manual

it might be easier to leave the ps on the mounting bracket and just remove it as one piece. thats how i do it .

there's all kinds of little tricks but it sorta depends on your own style.

The 'tricks" are what I'm looking for.I'm decent with a wrench but have no 'style' of my own.I read somewhere that you leave PS fluid in the rack.Is ther something to this?

leave the fluid in there and loop the lines to keep the rack lubed up. Water is bad news in any rack. I am not sure how fast RX's rust up in that area but acuras rust up quick if they are not taken care of.

it's sorta a "feel" thing you'll notice little shortcuts that other people wont and vice versa.

as for removing the P/S check in the 2nd Gen FAQ section of this forum there's a good writeup, no need to loop the lines read that topic and you'll know more.
