I want to run an lines on my primary rail, but S5 rails don't unscrew like s4 units. Could I swap an s4 t2 or n/a unit onto my s5 block??

If I can find my primary rail, I'll test fit it for you and find out...

did you want to do the same on the secondaries or did u already do that? I can check that too,lol....

I know a S5 rail fits on a S4, so I would assume a S4 rail also fits fine on an S5.

S4 primary rail fits fine on S5 engine block. Must use s4 bolts since rail has thicker mount. That's how i'm running mine

if you want to use the s4 secondary rail on your s5 lim then you will need a couple spacer washers so that the grommets on the injectors don't crush.
