ok wired the fuel pump direct to the battery with a fuse and switch. still only ran 25psi. so i came to the conculsion that the fuel pressure regular is a peice of junk and lieing to me. so i took it off and ran the fuel line back to the fuel rail. gave it another crank with out the regulator and with the pump on the 12v source. struggled to start. so i jumped underneath and sure as **** i forgot to tighting the electric connection on the starter. so i tightened it up jumped back in the car turned on the ignition and turned my wiring harness into goo. so i need a new harness. i suppose that i wasn't completing the ground and the harness had a short in it from the start. when i completed the ground it fried the harness. DAMMIT
