Awesome. What is the back of the stud like? Would I be able to cut the back off, and just pop the stud and lug nut right through the wheel?

Think of the stud like a big pin. It has a shallow flat head to hold it against the seating surface. The Shoulder is knurled for a friction fit in the hole (prevents rotation) then you have the thredade portion that the lug screws too

Ok. If I can, I'll just drill from the back, that way any slip won't immediately tear up the wheel. That is, if I can get access to that spot on a drill press.

My car is on ramps and not driving for a few more days, if you need me to, I can pull off my wheel and give you some kind of idea of what is possible. It's been at least a year since I even put brakes on the car, so I really don't remember what order the parts go on. I'm afraid though, that even with the knuckle off, you won't be able to get the hub out, unless you have already done the hub mod for replaceable bearings.

I can check on this for you later this weekend if you haven't figured anything out yet.

That would be awesome, the earliest I can get to mine would most likely be Wednesday.
