I used a metal wedge right inside the little space between the end plate and the flywheel. after about 5 min of tapping and turning tapping and turning the fly wheel came off. I tried to prevent the incident in the future bye putting some antisize on the fly wheel dont know if it will woork but its something.

the T puller works great, I usually get it on the thing and load it up real nice then smack the flywheel with a dead blow plastic hammer and it pops right off, not even 5 mins, seriously. Sometimes I don't even have to use the hammer, just loading up the puller pops it off.

remember to leave the nut on a few turns so the flywheel doesnt fly off and land on your foot.
same method here.

After much loading, beating, and cursing. They both finally came off.
