I had a red n/a like that..........shudder...........NOT a cruiser lemme tell ya.........
thats not caused by the light flywheel.

Worn motor/trans mounts, slop in the drivetrain (u joints, rear end...) and a misadjusted/bad tps cause this drivability issue. It's a bitch to keep the tps perfect on the stock ecu especially S4 where it works well on/off throttle. A lighter rotating assembly will exacerbate the problem but it's not the cause.

Thx bro. I hated driving that n/a. Never thought I'd say that. My new n/a is WAY nicer, but it's a base! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!

12 is the lowest you can really get

RB weighs the flywheel and counterweight together to get 12

other companies with the 9.5 is just the flywheel without the counterweight

unless you go really light with the (forgot brand name) 7.5 flywheel

the lighter you go the fast its revs in lowend but a major loss to topend power. the lightest you can get is a 8.6lbs. but thats strictly light-to-light. go with a 11 - 12lb one. if you are gonna get one at all. but im not sure if you have to change your counterweight. i'll talk to my freind and find out.

You add a rear counterweight. The flywheel usually comes with it.
