Well today I let the car run for the second time for quite a while and the smoke cleared up to almost nothing. We reved it up a few times to see if the idle would come down and finaly on like the 5th try we heard a loud sound like a BOV and the idle came down to about 1200rpm. When you rev it up though before and after the idle droped it would stay fairly clear but start to smoke when the RPMs were on the way back down then graduly clear up again. Is it possible that maybe the turbo is leaking oil into the motor? Any suggestions as far as things to try to get this motor to run better and find out if its any good would be appreciated. Like I said before it starts up like a champ and feels like it revs strong I cant run it for long though cause the radiator is fucked....im going to put a different one on it tommorow so I can run it with out it heating up. Thanks!

A vac leak could cause the high idle, or try resetting the TPS.
