I am using a S5 LIM from a JDM motor so there may be small differences. But here are a few pics to see the porting and hole modifications I did.

Then you just widen the holes on the end bolt holes to line up the manifold, using the center bolt hole as a guide, took me about 20 mins with the dremel. But I take my time. and these pics are not finished, I am working on the polishing of the manifold now and will finish port the UIM when done.

It kinda looks like you might have a problem with coming to close to the edge, opposite that center bolt. Can't really tell from the picture though.
