I guess for a stocker you could start with:

lower and upper intake manifold, dynamic chamber, trottle body 4 fuel injectors 4 oil injectors, oil injector lines (those clear plastic ones) exhaust manifold, turbo, intercooler, and the tubing to hook both up, wire harness, starter, alternator, water pump, fan, radiator, belts, hoses (to and from radiator and heater core), engine mounts, starter, clutch (or torque converter) flywheel, MAF, MAP , TPS, ECU (and a whole bunch more acronyms) fuel rails, oil cooler and lines, shoot what dont you need? if you remove the vac rack then I guess you could save yourself a few dollars in emissions related components (bac, smog pump etc) if you go without AC and power steering (if equipped, i dont know) you could save a few more but......

I guess because I dont know what you have (besides a bare block) I would tell you to find a donor car and look. you'd be much better off.
