which do you think would be better 2.5 turbo back or 3 inch turbo back exhaust?

but beware, soon as you get to 3" boost creep/spike will become more of a problem.

 

IMO, turbo-back = bang. I have seen 4 local guys around here lose motors because of turbo-back exhaust

2.) does the diff betwen 2.5 and 3 really matter with n/a fcs?

 

NA= get 2.5

 

get the three inch if you dont mind noise. believe me it will be loud. but it will make more power. the reason those guys lost their motors is probably from boost spike. make sure you get an fcd and a boost controller if you don't already have one
