Dude you are in luck. I am near completing my N/A -> Turbo swap. The engine mounts bolt straight up. Depending on which engine you are looking at (S4 or S5) depends on the list of things you will need to make the swap and depending on what you want to do to it, just get ready to spend some cash unless you have some pretty sweet hook ups. I can give you a list of the stuff I changed out for my project if you want. It might help out, it might not. But it will give you an idea of what to expect to do/change. just let me know whats up, or any more questions, post them up. take care,

well, out of my pocket came about $8000 which includes the GReddy intercooler. I came across that solely by chance. A buddy of mine had his car stolen and wrecked. the intercooler was damaged but it does not leak. I bought it off him for the cost of his date that night. I literally bought my intercooler for $28.00 If you want an idea of what I should have spent on parts and the car and everything else it should be more like $10,000 plus. Full engine rebuild, interior, after market goodies, custom fabbed stuff, a lot of man hours, etc.. But I guarantee this, you will love your car more knowing what you put into it. I know I do. You can get a pretty sweet front mount for it too. look up the Isuzu NPR intercooler. you'll be surprised
