I second the 6port option. On my 90GXL, the most I've dynoed has been 115rwhp, this is with 2.5" header->presilencer->ypipe->ebay fartcannons. Turns out that my 6 ports were not opening, because when we unhooked the tube to the cats, the air was too free-flowing to open the ports it would seem. I wrapped a large bolt in electrical tape, and hose-clamped it in the rubber hose off the back of the intake manifold that normally would run to the cats. This was just a little bit ghetto, but I think it helped to unstick the ports, as it fell out a while ago and I still have power over 6.5k (where it used to drop off). I'd double check that they are working, if you have another dyno day comming up, see if you can wire them open for one run to see if the top end improves.

The engine isn't ported or the porting is very minor...

Street ported NA's should be making 150 to 160 on a DynoJet easily.

even the stock car with exhaust should have better top end, your tq curve drops off too early

something is not right.

is the engine s5 or s4, intake manifold s5 or s4?
