Difference Between Afm

I was just wondering if there was a difference between the two afm's? I was curious if the TII afm might flow more air than the N/A one. I have the TII one just sitting around so I was thinking about hooking it up. Thanks.

they are physically the same size, i think just a different spring for the flapper?
