No. The two intact apex seals give two high compression bounces and the one broken seal gives the low compression bounce...



Check the haynes manual...

The hayes manual is prolly incorrect, if thats what you read. One bad apex will give 2 low compression. One bad side seal will give one bad compression.



Think about it, you need 2 good apexs to be able to compress air on a rotor face.
