I noticed the clutch pedal feel has been slowly getting worse. It's a little sloppier and sometimes will stick when I push it down. Has anyone experienced this? Is my clutch master/slave going bad?

I would say that its the slave, but you should check the fluid and the line first. It could be hydraulic clutch master cylinder(but that would have to be leaking for it be bad), in other words you would have air in the line. work from the master cylinder for the clutch over to the slave. see if you can locate the problem, if you cant before you get there you will have located your problem. Just to double check you can call mechanics at the local shops and ask generalized questions to avoid them telling you to just bring it in.

I had this happen on two diff. RX-7's. The first one, I replaced the slave, master, hard line and soft line all at once, with new ones. ( all the whole hydraulic system)

Fixed every thing but the pedal sticking. That turned out to be the bump-stop under the pedal. I bent it back in place and BAM

The other one was the slave.

Sometimes old fluid will give a bad pedal feel too.Make sure to take that into consideration as well.
