Can't get bolt off!

The oil injector is not broken, just the hose that ran to it.. I have tried PEN, which is just like liquid wrench.. I also have tried vice grips, many sizes lengths etc...

Did you use a pair of vise-grips "thin" enough to slide in there?

I finally got it, ah relief. I used an alligator plies w/ like 1 1/2'

arms on it. The normal pliers couldn't grip it. W/ the alligator plies i could grap all the way around the round head. Thxs everyone
