so i might bring home this fc3 tomorrow. its adding another to my collection of slow cars. it has a small bubble of rust on the driver rear wheel lip and i want to just brush it off, cover it with por15 and then hide it with a fender flare. who makes a flare like the one in the picture for a fc

 

aside from the flares.. im diggin the gts..

 

i know i cant wait for 5:15 when i get to go look at it up close. i have lots of pics emailed to me and the car looks pretty decent.

i know the flares are goofey but i need to cover up the small amount of 1/4 panel rust. i dont want them to stick out like the ones on the ae86 just maybe 1 inch. i would only put them on the back. i want that style of flare b/c it is easy to glue on and cover the rust.

 

holly ****. was this car ever wrecked hard at one point. it looks really good until you look underneath. the subframe is bent and kinked. and the rad cradle has been unprofesionaly repaird and rewelded onto the car and the car is so bent the doors dont line up or close properly. horible.

on a side note, if anyone needs parts power windows, sunroof, electronic dampening suspension, headlight motors, rear hatch wiper all work like new. the driver information center and the computer have been professionally re-sodered so they work like new. it has mint 5 lug wheels with brand new tires. also has brand new exhaust from the manifold back with a new pre silencer cat and 2 new muffs. the engine and trans are great and the motor idles properly. it has a brand new rad and hoses.



however the shell is absolute garbage and couldn't be used for anything. and the paint was amateurishly done so it is flaking and peeling.
