Bad Exhaust Leak Help!!!

I have a real bad exhaust leak on my t2. I took the cover off the turbo. There is like white gas residue by the downpipe connection. Is my turbo going to die or am I going to be able to drive like this. I've lost about 1 psi on boost. please help
