Check your tps adjustment. The Bac works in conjuction with the tps. The ECU controls the BAC according to tps settings, tells the ecu that the car is near or returning to idle, thus turn on bac. ect...

Make sure the wire connectors inside the plug are fully seated in and not sliding out when you plug it in to the bac.

If your idle screw is all the way IN....that's all the way closed. Assuming I am remember this correctly you turn the screw OUT to raise the idle speed.

for all those who can't get car to idle with AC on...i got quick solution, take a knife and cut the AC belt what i did atleast..... as far as staying cool goes, just roll down the windows and put the sun roof back.... at 80-130 you stay really cool

as far as the surging at light throttle goes, I had the same problem when i first got my car, then it got worse and turned into a misfire, then a really bad misfire, and so on.... I corrected the problem with a haltech, but to the best of my knowledge the problem was with my mass air flow sensor.... I didn't go to lengths to prove this, but that is the best guess that me, my dad, and a few other people had.........
