question about bac valve

so mechanically i am good, i was wondering if the bac valve is bad can that cause a hot start porblem and i seem to have lost my warm-up idle any ideas???

it does use the BAC to help start, very easy to check. hook up power and ground, see if it clicks. step two is to unplug it with the car running and see if the idle changes, it should drop.



fast idle is done by the thermowax, so its probably either misadjusted or its got an air bubble in it
