My TII has those shitty automatic seatbelts that I hate so much. Would it be possible to install aftermarket seabelts with the stick seats? Could I cut like little slits in the seat between the padding for the head and the back you know where there is like a seam and then put in little inserts?
Thanks

No. I wouldn't put 4-5point harnesses with stock seats, its a hazard. Racing seats are MADE for harnesses, but I wouldn't run racing seat(s) and harnesses without at least a roll bar...if you were to roll over, the lack of the bar would allow the roof to come down, the seat and harnesses holding you it the upright postion, would crush your skull. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't walk away from that... If you are going to do it, do it RIGHT.
Sparco and Schroth make 3 point harnesses with dual shoulder straps that are basically stock replacements but they recommend having seats with removable headrests. This is due to the fact that they have Y type dual shoulder harnesses and one of the shoulder straps will need to wrap around the seat (headrest mount) to keep it in place .... this would be the strap on your right side sitting in the drivers seat. It would then just mount to where the stock upper most bolt is for the stock seatbelt and both lower stock seat belt mounting bolts.
I still don't know how safe it would be for street or track use though...

I was thinking like cut out holes for the belts to go in b/c there is no separate headrest and fabricate like two slots out of like steel or aluminum where the belts can go through the seat. The rolling over thing is a good point though. I'll have to reconsider this.
