The S4 pump with fit the S5 front cover just fine. I just test fitted one. The problem is mounting an S5 pump to an S4 cover. There are clearance issues that can be address with a die grinder.

i just bought a new s5 plastic from mazdatrix for 60 bucks i think... it's expensive and pretty..

Yea, I can get a new one, but I'd rather not have plastic...



..I'm waiting on my buddy to get moving on his '68 stang project so I can get in the shop and see what I can do about making a metal one, lol...

Hrm... I put that on the backburner while i moved forward with the FB project...but I may take you up on that next week. What would shipping charges be to the states though...

Actually, now i recall why i left this project....



I'm actually going to an electric water pump setup...no waterneck needed,lol. I knew there was a reason I skipped that.
