what are you asking us the price for?

give us more info about the overheating problem etc etc

its probably time for a rebuild at 170000 miles but it might just be a faulty fan or shroud, broken radiator..old thermostat etc

theres a lot of factors

go to mazdatrix.com and get the rebuild kit, they have like 4 different kits depending on the stages of damage on the original engine.if you need rotors and housings the whole 9 yards then its gonna cost more but if its a little more simple it should only be a few hundred bucks. and buy all the specialty rotary tools then take off work for about 3 weeks to a month and get crackin. have fun man cause im puttin in a clutch and resurfacing the flywheel and its been a big long expensive ordeal. good luck.
