You should already have a 4.10 rear - you want the 4.33 from the GTUs, I had one for a while but sold it years ago. It was for my '88 SE.
You will want to swap the entire rear out actually as the SE does NOT have LSD. Get a mechanical LSD from an '86 to '88 GXL or GTU. Beyond '88 they were viscous LSD and the older ones are mechanical, which IMHO is a better setup for transferring power predictably while taking hard corners.
