Yeah, must be a 91. Only in Japan did they sell the second gen in 92.

do they make some clear but smoked tailights for the fc's? i mean that would look tight not ricey, or is it basically the stock everywhere?

 

you can take the 89 lights apart and take the "smoked" part out
