Ok, got a '87 RX-7, in pretty good shape, it's a good looking car (silver) but i cannot find any euro/altezza taillights for it, I was talkin' to the guy i bought it from and he said you can put the newer style taillights in with a little bit
of modding, is this true? and if so how? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/dunno.gif |
why?!
:rice: moderators, can we add a rice meter to the threads that the members can influence? so it can be shown in the thread listing the rice rating to avoid clicking on it :P |
because i like the jspec with the circles, i dunno, just the type of person I am :P
|
oh and there are red dragons on the door panels, yep that pushed the tacky meter into overdrive....
|
but you said you were considering the s5 tail lights only because you could not find altezza style tail lights...
what difference does it make? unless your current ones are cracked or something, I think the riceboy style taillights are getting to be cheaper than OEM replacements because they sell so many. |

BONDO IT IS!!!!!!!! but none of u are really not answering the question, can i get a set of 92 taillights (preferrably jspec) and make adapt them to fit on my 87 without a whole shitload of hassle?
|
What the hell is it with people and J-spec.. Just get some series 5 lights.. 89-92.. and put-em in there. The series 5 lights are the ones with the two circles that light up when you press the brake..
