Jspec engines should be rebuilt. I got a Jspec years ago for my 1st turbo engine, it and the turbo were trash, $1600 down the drain. Some places do offer warranties however.
If you're on a budget, goodluck owning a forced induction vehicle..

That's back when we had the same project with the same shitty luck...
