5th Gear And Reverse

a friends FC wont go 5th gear or reverse. anyone know what could be wrong? i heard the gear for the fifth and reverse are the same? whats the fix for this?



please help. thanks

5th and reverse shard the same fork, hubset, a shift rod. you need to pull it and yank the tailshaft and see whats up. 5th and reverse can be change without taking apart the whole tranny

could it be caused by someone changing the gears without the car being on or the clutch pressed in?
