I'm palnnig a 20b setup for my fd and I have found two front cross members for the 20b swap one from hinson super cars and one from rotary specialties from canada what is going to the best choice I'm going to use an aftermarket hood as well so I want the motor to sit as low or lower than the 13brew did. any information is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

Doesn't require a different subframe, and you don't move the rack. By far the most elegant solution i have seen, they were just 6 months too late for me.

if you dont have to change the front crossmember and and it stays in the same position dont you have to cut the firewall, or relate the tranny or something?

If you go dry sump and lower the intake bit I think it's possible to leave the steering rack where it is and not having to cut the firewall..
