At the moment i have a 13B extended port in my series 1 Rx7, and i want to install a 20B.

I want to know if i get hold of an engine, will my 5 speed gearbox fit the 20B?

I also need to know ruffly wot the cost of a 20B is?

i already know that the engine mounts won't be in the same position as the 13B, but wot other modifications do i have to work on in the engine bay?

 

it will bolt right up to your tranny.

here in the us i see the motors going anywhere from 2000-4000



if you're not worried abotu the mount the rest of the stuff is easy, radiator hoses, intercooler pipes, you have to make a couple of oil lines.

I was thinking of a 20B FB but I also want a house first tho.Then the insanity can begin. My T2 Fb will have to do with about 350whp when its done.

is it easy to get hold of a 20B or is there only a serton amount around?

You see i am in Tassie so its going to cost me a bit more to get it here, and US dollars are a bit more then Australian dollars.

its fairly rare as engines go, but there are still plenty around. if you look, and call around i bet you will find 2-3.
