I'll probably have to drill deeper and cut more threads into it. Then use a longer bolt. I'll make it work.
I decided to cut more threads deeper into the hole. It may actually work ok (I may need a longer bolt).
I'll have to take the dremel to the inner lip where the FC starters get caught on the early-style bellhousings, tomorrow.
I modded an old stamped steel fan spacer to fit an FC waterpump pulley. All I did was file the four holes outward a little. There is no alignment tip on the FC pulley hub, so I eyeballed it as best as I could. I hope it doesn't shake itself apart due to a misalignment. Now a 12A fan will bolt on. I still have my doubts about hood clearance at this point. It does look like it will clear a radiator, as soon as I can get one in there, that is.

No hood buldges for me. I was even able to get away with no buldges on my MG.
I'll be tossing that 13B I rebuilt in December into the white REPU and then I'll put the other one in the GLC. Just gotta get some nice weather in the next few days.
