I got the 85 GSLSE on saturday. Everything works except the stock radio, the car drives pretty well for $800. The front right strut is broken so it makes a lot of noise, but that will be fixed as soon as i can get the struts here. The windshield is cracked but the inspection guy said it was fine. I asked what needed to be done in order to get it inspected and all he said was the tails, which are missing the covers, and on one side part of the amber lens, and the exhaust. The exhaust had the stock muff but aftermarket presilencer and cat. The muff was trashed, so i had another one put on, the guy wanted to go with a steel muff bc of the heat so i ended up with a single in dual out flowmaster that isnt any louder than the other one but it sounds a lot better. The car needs shifter bushings, and i think that is why the tranny is a bit notchy. Other than that the car is pretty good. Def worth $800 bucks.

Your parts are ready when you are. If there's anything else you need, let me know.

800 is a good buy. I got my 85 gsl for 800. It was worth paying that for the motor alone. The guy who did my rebuild, porting, powdercoating said "after building 30+ rotarys, this is the best on i've seen. I'll post pics when i get my pic CD. Long live RME (Raw Motorsport Engeneering) Thanks Dave!!!!!!!!!! Good luck with the car Shane!
