I have another question about tachs. The tach in my car does move at all or move very much when the ambient temp is under say 30 degress. But, once the car is fully warmed up and the cabin is warm the tach is back to normal. The coils are new.

I've seen that before... I can't remember what triggers it though...

But I would go back over and check your grounds.
