I've been having some trouble with trailing ignitors/timing and after seeing a dyno run not make any more power with the trailing ignition at all... I figured It'd be easier to ditch it, but the tach runs off the trailing... My question is, where does it pick up the signal??? Is it off the ground wire? I'm running an MSD 6A with 2 coils and thought I could just hook up the ground of the trailing to one of the MSD coils, if this is the case... anybody know?? If I'm wrong, is there a way to run my tach off the leading?
