my 85 GS has 15'' wheels on it now with max performance summer tires (its winter they are 205/50/15. I'm looking into getting a set of 83 LE wheels for the winter/spring season and wanted to know if 205/60/14 is the correct tire size.

Also any one running 14'' have problems with rubbing, if so what size >?

thanks

stock size i think was 195-60-14, but the gsl-se ran 205-60-14 on the same size wheel, so either one is good, and both fit with no rubbing

Yes 195/60/14 is the stock size, I'm running bfgoodrich g-force KD 205/50/15 right now with no rubbing so I figure that 205s would work the same with 14's.

Another question, high performance all season tires in 205/60/14 size ? any suggestions ?

I live in seattle so I think I need a good 30-70 degree tire with high rain ratings btw

yeah I think I will keep the width down to 195 on the LE's so I can keep sidewall rigidity (if thats a word) strong

i think 195/60/14 is a better size than the 205's even though 205 is the gsl-se
