I thought this tread had been made already but i didn't see none, anywho, anyone knows how hard it would be to put it in the 1st gen, because i know the fuel setup is very different, but it wont be bad to have a 13sec 1/4mi. car with est 23/30 mpg

sure...if you have that kind of money then go for it...i'm sure it could be done



but I bet it would be cheaper to keep driving my rex at 19mpg than to sink all of that money into an engine...and all the trinkets that go with it



this is another one of those...if you want good gas mileage go buy a VW diesel

yeah standalone is the way to go, the renisis ecu is networked to a bunch of other stuff in the car, it really wouldnt be worth using.



the motor would be cool though

My 12a 6port gets 27 MPG and is alot faster than the reg 12a. Its for sale in Panama city florida. check it out in the for sale section. comes with 2 more cars and a driveway full of parts. Im putting pics of everything together now getting ready to put it all on eBay.
