it does'nt on an se, I'm working on that right now. I was under the impression that it did. And when you get the rb replacement pipe and the rb muffler, there is a lot of room for error in the bends of the new pipes. I'm still working this problem out. In other words I have a major leak where the muffler connects to the old pipe.

I bought the cat replacement pipe from rotary performance, which I believe is where Racing Beat gets it from.

It was a good fit. The pipe is stainless steel and it is heavy so difficult to install by yourself. But it is very well made and will last forever; after a year mine still looks like new. For what, $110 it's a bargain.
