Ive got a TII starter if you need one.
I'll talk to you over AIM.

And Setzep, I can't wait. I just want it to start.

I didn't order the wastegate or blow-off valve yet, I still don't know what would be best. Ken was really helpful. I went ahead and had them weld the V-band for me...he said they use a special mix of nickel or something and that it'd be difficult to do on my own, especially since I don't have a TIG welder.

Off topic, but can you post up more pics of your car? If that's it in your avatar...

I torqued the flywheel bolts to 28 ft-lbs per advice in the thread I made in the Engine section.

Here's the tranny with the new shift bearing(? -- the collar looking thing that you can't see, man I'm retarded with this stuff). Call me stupid, but where does the TOB go?

I don't have all the bolts I need for the pressure plate and no store that's open today (Sunday) carries Grade-8 metric bolts, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to put it on.

Can you believe that in all this mess I don't have the PP bolts??

The torque-spec thread I was talking about.

Be sure to give Racing Beat a call tomorrow.

I think I found two of the six P plate bolts. They have an unthreaded section to align the P plate and go in two slightly smaller holes than the rest of the bolt holes. How do I know this? I've done like four clutch jobs on my 13Bs and one 20B recently.

They're called reamer bolts. There should be a small hole or an O mark on the P plate and the flywheel. Of course the flywheel doesn't actually need an O mark because it should have two deep holes 180º apart. REPU flywheels do though. Not sure about ACT stuff.

I like that FC leading coil in the background. Are you gonna use it? Please use it instead of the stock FB ignition stuff (through the cap and rotor) that came with the '85. Direct fire even makes the engine sound better.
