Sorry I posted this on 3rd gen specific! try again! Does anyone know what position the points of the rotors needs be sitting when rebuilding the engine. I have just rebuilt my own 13B and am now rebuilding my mates 12A and the site I normally use has shut down, I recall seeing something about the rotors needing to be sitting a certain way.

Note: yes I have done all searches on forums and FAQ's bu come back with no matches, even changing the subject 90 times! If anyone can help it would be most appreciated, I may have read it wrong and it may not matter which way they sit when put back in but I'd rather be 100% sure.

Thanks

except that the 12a has front and rear rotors (theres an F or R stamped into em), it goes together the same as a 13b

Just make sure that one tip is sitting in the 12 or 6 o'clock position and the other is opposite.
