Newbie Turbo Question

im new to Rotary's, so please forgive me 
but i got a scraped 300ZX that i was wonderin if i could pull the turbo off of it and mod it into my RX-7, think that'd be possable at all? it's a 1984 300ZX and a 1984 RX-7 GSL-SE, and help would be much appriated, thanks
