if I just get new plugs, will that work? instead of burning them and unpluging things? I think they are old

It might.Depends on how much gas there is in the engine.Rotaries go thru plugs fairly quick so it would be in your best interest to change them.I think I'll start changing mine with every oil change to be on the safe side.Make sure to start it with the pump fuse out so it burns out the gas in the engine first tho.

OK, sounds good, thanks for the help. Any suggestions for the plugs? (part #s or type?)

I just use the normal NGKs.They're all 4 prong so it doesn't really make that much difference

Of course there are Platimun series out there, and you can pay like $7.00 a plug. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

are these better, the NGK plugs on MazdaTrix were 7 something for 2, I think.

well, the NGK's on MazdaTrix I believe are the same ones you can buy at your local Bennett or Discount. Of course you pay around $4 a plug there, so MazdaTrix is a lil cheaper. Let me hunt down those Platinum series for you.....
