So today I got my OMP lines installed. Still burning some MMO in the tank, and plan to switch to premix, at least partial premix.



Looks kinda like a ghetto nitrous system... but it works and that's what matters. This is different than I have seen anyone else run theirs so I brought a pic.



Sorry the pic is crappy, camera phone + shiny new air cleaner FTL.



I drilled 2 holes in the top of the air cleaner right above the primaries and ran some tubing through them.



Now I just need an exhaust and plates...

 

cool, it should work. if it doesnt you'll hear it, engine get a little rougher, and makes a scrapey kind of noise

 

Like I said, partial premix is gonna happen anyway. I don't trust the OMP really, but I was advised by a local to leave it. So I'm just leaving it and running partial premix.

 

omp works fine, the only way they really fail is by leaking externally

 

I'll just have to wire it to 9-o-clock then.

 

thats a lotta oil! its really capable of pumping a lot, but play with it see what it does
