I had to take my drivers side headlight out to pull my fender off.I put all back together the way it came apart. No I see the headlight assembly sits about 1/4" lower than stock setup. How do I go about raising it?

there is a adjustment bolt, on the front of the assembly, loosen the lock bolt then turn the adjustment bolt out that should fix it...

This is only true if you ever touched this bolt.

Paint is messed up on it so someone has before I bought it.I'll fix it later then.
