The passenger side has a "L" bracket but the driver side has a backward "C" shaped bracket


sounds like a second gen oil cooler to me.

fc's have 2 big banjo bolts instead of the fb hose adaptor setup

I found pics at mazatrix. It's a 79-82 cooler. that explains alot

Are you using the SE oil cooler or fitting a T2 oil cooler ?

Couldn't find a SE cooler here so I am using a 79-82 air cooled oil cooler.Most of us swap guys are using the SE one tho.

Final report: I used the 79-82 oil cooler and made my own brackets. I am still looking for the front oil cooler line(cheap as I am running out of money for this project) thanks for all the feedback, Brian

B & M has an oil/tranny cooler that is of plate and fin design has anyone tried these. I know simple pass tube coolers wil not work , but this seems to be much better
