I've got to figure out a way to extract the dowel pins from mine. Well, I visegrip has worked before...

I have a tool called a "Stud Remover" that softly grips the threaded studs and pressed

in pins and allows you to twist then out accordingly. It's pretty cool.

We call him a "**** Block Jock" .

All the bouncers around here are 300lb Gorillas with bad breath!

A side note, Make sure you make a oil drain hole in the front cover before you put it on the T2 engine! I made that mistake. I thought I would be able to use the rear drain on the block (TT13b's have a turbo drain on the rear plate and the front cover) but then I made my exh manifold and found out that it would be damn near impossible to use the rear https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif So last night I had to pull the front cover off with the engine in the car, not that much fun.

Yeah,I'm not making that mistake.I'm pulling T2 cover off tommorow and bringing them both to a shope and see what they can fab up for a return line. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

I went the same route Directfreak went, drilled/tapped right under the OMP. There is a perfect indentation there for 1/2 NPT.
