I have a 1st gen rx7 which i have put a series 5 engine in. I plan on running the stock ecu but can't get any wiring diagrams to follow. Are there any sites that may be helpful

I'd run a Megasquirt ECU before Id spend the time and effort putting in the stock ecu and wiring loom. You can tune with it and people have been running them on rotaries for awhile so you would have help if not a base map to at least get the car started.
