When i get on it in any gear and go above 6krpms and shift my car bogs i put my foot all the way to the floor and nothing happens it doesnt gain rpm but when i **** into a different gear say from 2nd to 3rd it goes away any ideas what this could be?my clutch is going bad could this be the problem?

 

How old is your fuel filter? That's job 1 in these kind of problems.
